How we started

Street food first

It started at street-food festivals and pop-ups across Zürich: testing recipes, learning what people loved and building something worth believing in. In August 2023, K-STREET officially opened at Ankerstrasse 65.

We started with Korean street toast made fresh to order on Ankerstrasse. Now we're taking the next step: a bigger place on Konradstrasse where you can sit down, enjoy your favourites and stay a little longer. Ankerstrasse 65 is open as usual in the meantime.
